In the main house, you’ll find a comfy living room with two large couches and a fireplace on the main floor. While you certainly won’t need the fireplace in the summer, it’s nice to have on a cool winter evening.

The main house also has a smaller sitting room at the front of the house with another sofa and beautiful natural light.

When it comes to entertainment, you’ll find smart HDTVs with access to streaming services using your own logins. The living room also has a cool Polycade arcade game console, which is always a favorite among the younger travelers!

Kitchen and Dining

Between all the excitement of beaches, shopping, and amusement parks, you’re bound to work up an appetite! This property includes not one, but TWO full kitchens - one in the main house and one in the carriage house.

In the main house, the upgraded kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, and glasses, and we treat you to eco-friendly, 3-can welcome pack of tasty WineSociety California Wine.

The carriage house has an eat-in kitchen with a dining table for 4, which is ideal for a quick breakfast or a snack after a dip in the pool.

Dine in style in the main home’s dining room, which seats at least 8. Or, head outside to the back patio or an upstairs balcony for a meal with a side of gulf breezes.

Bedrooms

The main house and carriage house combined can comfortably sleep up to 21 guests in 7 private bedrooms and additional beds in the bunk room.

Main House:

• Master Bedroom: 1 king bed, balcony, sitting area with fireplace

• Bedroom 2: 3 twin beds

• Bedroom 3: 1 king bed

• Bedroom 4: 1 king bed

Carriage House:

• Bedroom 5: 1 queen bed

This home contains a total of 6 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. Every bathroom features modern fixtures and custom tile in the showers.

• Hair dryer and iron/ironing board

Outdoors

There’s plenty of places to soak up the Florida sun and gulf breezes without even leaving the property. Just behind the main house is a charming back patio with a private pool, BBQ, and sun loungers. With a private outdoor space that’s so convenient, you might not even want to go to the beach!

On the upper floors of both the main house and the carriage house, wraparound balconies provide nice places to sit and breathe in the salty air as you drink your morning coffee or wind down with a sunset cocktail.

Essentials & Security

The entire home is equipped with fast WiFi and air conditioning, so you’ll always be cool and connected. We understand the importance of speedy and stable internet, so we’ve installed a Mesh Router to deliver a super-strong signal.


Parking is available for 3-4 vehicles, with 2-3 in the driveway and 1 in the garage, depending on size. While an SUV will fit just fine, please note that RVs and trailers will not.
